Returns
WE WANT YOU TO ABSOLUTELY FEEL COMFORTABLE IN YOUR ALESSI SWIM WHICH IS WHY WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO PROVIDE A CREDIT ON FULL PRICED ITEMS IF THE FOLLOWING IS MET:
- Must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Unworn items must be returned in original packaging- with hygiene liner still attached, Alessi Swim tags and garment bag
- The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
- Email hello@alessiswim.com.au with the subject ‘Return’ and include your order number and name of items you wish to return
- Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Alessi Swim will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.
- Ship your parcel back to the address provided. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
- Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit which can be used storewide.
IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM
- Please email hello@alessiswim.com.au with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible
- Any faults that occur after 6 months will not be accepted
**Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced**
